Voices Talking To Me

If you’re going to live in this house around my girls, things are going to be done my way. You can’t eat, what makes you think you can just sit and eat? The men eat first after your father and brothers eat you’ll clear them while they relax is when you eat. You can tell you were raised with those people. Your mother was loose and disrespectful. Put panty hose over your underwear it’s just nasty for your stuff to be everywhere. Never admit to people you are black it makes them look down at you. God help you wild dogs have better home training. When men are around you disappear. The only time you should speak period is when you are spoken to. Part of taking care of yourself is taking care of the house your man your kids. Woman don’t go out to work it’s not your job. Why do you think God made you the carrier of the children?

These are just some things I’ve had to catch myself repeating to my own it’s like a personal list I avoided with my kids.

I’ve forgotten more then you know.

Don’t rush the young years when they are little they step on your feet get in the way but when they are grown they step all over your heart.

It’s not how you fall or fail, it’s how you get back up and do better next time.

Never put faith in a human they are born sin.

Do things yourself for yourself so you know you can when you have to.
