I am very passionate about treating others the way you want to be treated. “The golden rule.” I can’t stand a bully! Being here in prison I’m always having problems about this. The Guards can treat us and talk to us any kind of way and we cannot even defend ourselves because we run the risk of going into confinement and losing all of our Gain time days that we’ve worked like slaves to get. For example, today the “visitors” came into my dorm and asked us to tell them one good thing about the RTU program, I wanted so baldly to tell them how I felt, that there is not one good thing about the program. The counselors treat us like crap and talk to us like we’re stupid, take our Gain time every chance they get. We have to follow orders given to us by inmates on a power trip and if they don’t agree with something we say or do they can pull us up and make us write essays and if we refuse we get CC’s, we’re separated like a plague and only get less than an hour a day of RCs, but I couldn’t say anything, instead I had to listen to a brown nose lie and say its great trying to get brownie points.
